We take pride in our products and exert every effort to ensure that you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the same to us within 15 days from receipt. Prior to returning the product, send us an email at
returns@bamboocloset.com so that we can let you know where you can send the product.
The product must be sent back in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached and together with the packaging materials it came with. Returns will not be processed without the original shipping label, a copy of the invoice and the reason for return of the product. Items that have been damaged by the customer or which are not in a saleable condition are not eligible for return. Returned items should be sent by registered mail or courier. We will not be held responsible for any loss in transit. Duties and taxes associated with overseas delivery will be borne by the customer.
When we receive the returned items as described above we will refund your credit card at the original selling price of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping cost or we will replace it (where still available) according to your wish. We will refund the shipping cost if the product is defective or if we sent you the wrong product.
