Shipping charges are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight of the products shipped to each address and not on the value of your purchases. Our shipping fee is $10 for each half kilogram (or fractional part thereof) for each item. For purchases over $50, we charge a flat shipping fee of $15. Purchases over $75 are shipped free of charge.

We ship in-stock products within 72 hours from receipt of your order (except on weekends and holidays). Where a product is back-ordered, we will send you an email with an estimate of the number of days we expect to be able to ship your order. Products are shipped out of our warehouse via Fedex or UPS and will generally arrive within 3 business days from shipping (except on weekends and holidays). Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Bamboocloset (including, for example, customs clearance, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

Prices listed in parenthesis next to the price is the additional cost to ship an oversized or over-weight item. This amount is added to the regular shipping charges.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once your package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. When ordering from Bamboocloset, you are considered the importer of record. We advise you to contact your local customs office for information on duties and taxes which may affect your purchase. If there any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by the you.
